A hung parliament in the UK leads to a coalition and the inevitable discussion about voting reform. I was asked to do a cover illustration depicting this.

I've just (almost) finished this painting of Simon Cowell. I've not seen him much on TV but I'm told he is very famous, but not for his square head. However, I believe his high-waisted trousers are stars in themselves.
